When all is said and done, what you did today helped to make a dream come true - the dream of owning a home with confidence. A home that now, thanks to you both, I can be content, comfortable and happy with, that it is a great purchase, and that there are no major surprises ahead!!! I will have no qualms about recommending your services to anyone in the future. I would also ask if it would be ok with you if I could contact you in the future about any additional concerns and /or maybe get recommendations for people/contractors to take care of any work around the house that may be needed?
